It's been 10 years since I chose to profoundly change my life,

not just in what I did professionally or personally, but a change

that I felt originating from within me as a plea for help from my Soul,

seeking to "awaken" my dormant mind.

From there, I began a journey that, as those who tread it know well,

ever truly ends but only begins, yet is rich in profound learning

for our minds and souls, a journey that completely shifts

the perspective through which we view the world and, above all,

teaches us to understand the depth and beauty

within every other brother and sister.

Apart from the beautiful words that could be written, the journey is arduous, and the deeper we dig, the more challenging it becomes, the more we know, the steeper the path becomes.

As for my experience, I can share that I have understood that the key to truly "evolving" lies in one element: "nurturing oneself deeply", which entails having the courage to confront our own shadows, to bare ourselves with ourselves, and to heal those parts of ourselves that we have hidden to avoid seeing and suffering.

 

Every day, it's necessary to remind ourselves that we must be "present" as the kind of person we have chosen to become because even if we undergo psychotherapy sessions, take courses in meditation, nonviolent communication, yoga, etc., the mind always tends to lead us astray, as that's its comfort zone where, however, we no longer wish to remain.

This idea of simple t-shirts and hoodies is a way to help us wear a "reminder" that reignites the will and presence within us in moments when we get lost in the intricacies of our minds, in the everydayness, and fall back into our mental patterns. At the same time, for those who observe us and read the message we wear, it can spark a stimulus to reflect.
